💡 How to prepare delicious matcha

1. Add 2 teaspoons of matcha (or 1 lightly heaped teaspoon) into a tea bowl
2. Pour hot water until the bowl is about 1/4 full
(Around 80°C is ideal to bring out the aroma 🌡️)
3. Whisk briskly back and forth with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until frothy
*If you don’t have a whisk, a spoon can be used instead 🥄*
